We have several trailers available for rent in both dump and equipment styles. All trailers take a 2 5/16” ball hitch. Equipment trailers are rented only when equipment is rented and can only be used in the Flathead Valley area. Trailers rent for half price when rented with equipment.

Starting in early 2026, Glacier Supply will have towable brush chippers available for rent. These machines can handle limbs and branches up to about 6” in diameter.

Glacier Supply has track loaders from approximately 40HP to 135 HP available for rent. We do not carry wheeled loaders. The excavators range from approximately 4,000 lbs to 22,000 lbs with both rubber and steel track options.

Yes, however, the track loader will be delivered with the attachment on it.

All attachments for the track loaders are quick attach.

Glacier Supply only rents hydraulic attachments with our own ASV track loaders or ASV machines purchased from us to keep hydraulic fluids clean and consistent. Attachments that are not hydraulic can be rented for any track loader.

We have a limited number of clean out buckets available for a nominal rental fee.

All the excavators from Glacier Supply come with a thumb and bucket regardless of size.

Glacier Supply does have a water truck to rent; however, it must be hired with a driver. The current rate is $135.00/hour plus the cost of water which is currently $100.00 per 4,000 gallons. During the busy spring, summer, and fall seasons, only daily and weekly rentals are available. There is a non-refundable deposit required to reserve this rental. Prices are subject to change.

Yes, we can do delivery, and charges are based on distance. If it is less than 15 miles from our location in Bigfork, the cost is $100.00 to drop off and $100.00 to pick-up. Deliveries and pick-ups 15 miles or more are charged at $7.00 per mile. These prices are subject to change.

Yes, provided the trailer is rated to hold the weight of the equipment and the vehicle is the correct size to adequately tow the trailer and equipment. For the RT-135 track loader with mulching head, deliveries and pick-ups are done by Glacier Supply. If the trailer arrives for equipment and is insufficient to haul the equipment, a trailer will need to be rented or Glacier Supply will have to do the delivery. For example: a Chevy Tahoe is not capable of towing a trailer with a ViO55 excavator on it even if it is just a couple of miles. The machine and trailer weigh about 17,000 lbs. together.

We are not open on weekends. For weekend rentals, if picked up or delivered after 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday count as a one day rental with 8 hours of running time for the two days. Any overages are charged at the hourly rate. The equipment is due back Monday morning at 8 a.m.

  • One Day Rental: a 24-hour period i.e. 8 a.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday with 8 hours of running time included.
  • Weekly Rental: Seven calendar days i.e. Monday morning to the following Sunday evening with 40 hours of running time included. Pick-up would occur Monday morning.
  • Monthly Rental: Four calendar weeks i.e. Monday morning for the next 28 days until that Sunday evening with 160 hours of running time included.

For the majority of rentals, upon return the credit card on file will be charged and a copy of the paid receipt will be emailed. For rentals that extend past a month, billing will occur monthly for the previous month. Checks are accepted for payment, however, there still must be a valid credit card on file for the rental. Payment methods beside credit cards must be arranged prior to the rental.

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For rentals a 3% credit card fee is NOT charged. The 3% credit card fee is charged for all other parts, equipment, or services over $500.00.

For the majority of its equipment rentals, Glacier Supply does not charge a deposit; however, deposits are charged for the ASV RT135 and some of the other larger excavators, specialty vehicles, and dozers. The deposit amount is based on the rental length. Due to the demand on these machines, all deposits are non-refundable.

Glacier Supply only charges for the actual rental period. For example, if a piece of equipment is rented for a week and returned after three days, the rental rate charged will be for the three days.

If an overage occurs, any hours over the allotted running time are charged at an hourly rate which is ⅛ of the daily rental rate. Damage waiver fees will also be charged on the overage, and, if applicable, wear charges.

We are happy to help accommodate rental extensions; we just ask that you let Glacier Supply know as soon as possible if you will need to extend your rental. For example, if you think you may need the rental for only two or three days, three days will automatically be scheduled as it is the high end of your time estimate.

Some pieces of equipment come with wear charges due to the nature of the equipment and the costs for replacing the wearable parts. Wear charges are calculated based on the equipment’s run time.

No. The damage waiver is a part of the rental agreement nor is it refunded if the machine returns undamaged. It is only removed from the rental agreement if a certificate of liability from your insurance provider naming Glacier Supply as an insurance party is produced and the proper rental equipment rider is noted on the form. This must be received prior to the start of your rental. For more information on the damage waiver, click here.

Machine scratches due to normal wear and tear are not considered damage. Damage includes things like broken windows, reckless use, dented panels, crimped hoses, etc. This list is not exhaustive and for example purposes only,

Tobacco use or smoking of any kind is not allowed in the equipment. Remediation will be charged at $500.00.

No. The equipment is to be used only at the jobsite on file with Glacier Supply. If it needs to be moved, the new location must be confirmed with Glacier Supply before the equipment can be moved.

Glacier Supply uses red-dye diesel in its equipment. If the machine is returned less than full, you will be charged $7.00/gallon for fueling. This price is subject to change.

Excessively dirty machines will be charged for cleaning upon return. The minimum charge is one hour of labor at the current shop rate. During use in colder weather, tracks will need to be cleaned daily so that mud does not freeze to the tracks.

Special rental rates for demo equipment do exist. Please contact Glacier Supply for more information.

The vehicle needs a minimum towing capacity of 2,000 lbs, 2” ball hitch, and functional trailer wiring to safely tow the brush chippers. Consequently, it is towable by most SUVs, trucks, and crossovers.

The minimum personal protective equipment needed for using the chippers is:

  • Safety glasses or goggles
  • Face shield
  • Leather gloves
  • Hearing protection
  • Closed toed shoes ideally steel toed
  • Snug fitting clothing to avoid entanglement in the chipper
