Parts & Warranty FAQs

Glacier Supply has many common replacement parts, such as fluids, filters, trailer hitches, and plow parts, in stock. However, more unique parts will need to be ordered in.

High value, specialty parts orders require a down payment of 50% before ordering will occur. A valid credit card on file is required for any parts purchase.

All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Express shipping, if requested, is available from most manufacturers for parts.

The manufacturer or vendor is solely responsible for their shipping charges. Glacier Supply has no say in how the cost is calculated. Much of the cost is determined by the delivery speed chosen.

Parts orders can be drop-shipped to the desired location from manufacturers. There often is an additional charge for drop shipping parts.

Invoices for special order parts will be paid for by the credit card on file upon arrival of the item. Glacier Supply will hold the item for pick-up for 4 weeks. If not picked up, it will go into our inventory with no refund given.

Call the parts and warranty manager to discuss options. Any return shipping or restocking fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Gray market machines are ones not designed for authorized sale in the American market. Glacier Supply is unable to order any parts for such machines and cannot even provide part numbers for replacement parts. We are a Yanmar industrial dealer, and can get parts for generators. However, we do not deal with Yanmar's marine engine operations.

Please call the parts and warranty manager directly regarding Yanmar parts for John Deere products.

We can! We are now a dealer for ARG Industrial and can make custom hoses and fittings in-house. For customers in the Bigfork area you no longer have to go to Kalispell!

Glacier Supply highly recommends using the ASV and Yanmar fluids as they are designed specifically for those pieces of equipment.

You would call and ask for the parts and warranty manager.

The warranty for a piece of equipment travels with it and will be honored here even if the equipment was not purchased here. For some of the brands, one transfer of warranty between owners may occur. In such instances it is the selling owner’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer to change the warranty to the buyer.
